Just spent the last few hours planning part of my trip to Scotland, so I’m giving myself a bit of a break before I dig into it again. Actually the 2025, but alas it’s not in the database yet. Nice smoke, with a small amount of pepper to put. Prodigious smoke output though, which I like.

Not a Sinistro fan boy, but they have a few vitolas I enjoy. That being said, I’ve never picked one up that I need more than a few of UNTIL NOW. This was one really nice stick. It comes in a box of 20, and I feel like I need at least half a box. There’s talk of making it a regular production, and hopefully that are able to make that happen. This is the 13th anniversary, which is not on it list.

I’ve been smoking my pipes much more frequently than cigars recently. The different aromatic tobacco’s are a nice change, but they are quite a bit more work than a good cigar. Pack, light, tamp, relight, tamp, repeat as necessary. While enjoyable, it doesn’t match the cut, toast, light, enjoy, peace you get from a good cigar. I decided it was time to revisit one of my stable favorites, and relax. Mind you it’s raining, and I’m under cover with a patio heater, I didn’t miss cigars enough to sit out in the rain. Oh, and of course, there is coffee. It is 5am after all.

Happier than a kid at Christmas. Short back story, I started smoking pipes a few weeks back when a friend gifted me one during a herf. It was a nice enough pipe, but only held a small amount of tobacco, so I knew I wanted a larger one. I found this artisan pipe maker online and fell in LOVE with this pipe. Just received it today, so NEW PIPE DAY!! I think it’s absolutely gorgeous.
