The Viso Horny 555 cigar debuted in 2025, coming two years after Tyler Jeffery's debut Viso Horny Uncle Luke 452 release. As alluded to in the title, the cigars were rolled in a 5" x 55 format, cleverly making use of viso-priming tobacco throughout the blend. The recipe began with a US Broadleaf wrapper, being secured over a Cameroon binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Honduras. In addition, the recipe was said to include a key filler leaf that "defines the cigar’s final profile," which was selected personally by Jeffery.
