Details

Debuting in 2015 as the first cigar from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, the Sobremesa line was rebranded as Sobremesa Solita in 2024. This was due to line extensions such as Sobremesa BrΓ»lΓ©e and Sobremesa BrΓ»lΓ©e Blue, among others, helping to more easily distinguish the original blend by name. The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Mexican Matacapan Negro de Temporal binder, and a fillers of Nicaraguan GK Condega C-SG, Pueblo Nuevo Criollo, La Joya EstelΓ C-98, and ASP EstelΓ Hybrid ligero, as well as Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero.

  1. Classy presentation. Great ash and smoke output, perfect draw. Had a little wavy burn in first and second third but no need to correct. Very smooth and creamy smoke but if felt a little one dimensional. Lots of oak, some almonds and sweetness. Flavor muted in final third. I finished feeling it should have had more to offer. Strength med to med-full. Score 92

  2. First smoke in awhile. Had a perfect burn. A tighter draw that I like. Flavor was good but didn’t change much from a leathery/espresso flavor.
