CRAFT Maquette La Maestranza joined the limited CRAFT series from RoMa Craft Tobac in 2024, debuting in a 4¼" x 56 petit gordo format before becoming a regular-production line (known simply as Maestranza) later in the year. The name comes from a term—maestranza—used by Francis Mallmann in an episode of Chef’s Table, which was defined as "the people who are around you helping." This has been applied to RoMa Craft Tobac and the associated Nica Sueño factory in Nicaragua, being a nod to those that have helped and supported the company along the way. The cigars featured a Mexican San Andrés wrapper (described as Spanish Market Selection), a Brazilian binder, and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
