Rocky Patel introduced the Burn Special Reserve cigar in 2012, an exclusive cigar intended to be offered by retailers that had Rocky Patel-sponsored lounges. The name itself comes from Rocky's own BURN by Rocky Patel lounge(s), which began in Naples, Florida in 2010 and have since expanded to other regions. The Burn Special Reserve cigar uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, an undisclosed binder, and a proprietary Nicaraguan filler blend.
