Protocol The Law Part 3 is the third cigar in Cubariqueño's limited The Law Series, which are created to be sold exclusively through Omertà Cigar Company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The series ties into the Wild West vibe of Oklahoma City, with "the law" being a term often used in spaghetti western films to describe law enforcement. Protocol The Law Part 3 was rolled at the La Zona factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, releasing 300 bundles of 10 cigars in a corona gorda format. The blend features a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper, a binder from Condega, Nicaragua, and fillers from the Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua; this is described as "similar to the original with the exception of the vitola."
