An offshoot of Casa Carrillo's award-winning Perez-Carrillo series, the Battleborn cigar debuted in 2025, being inspired by U.S. Navy veteran Lionel H. McKoy, who's worked as Carrillo's shipping manager since 2017. The cigar was rolled in a single 6" x 56 format, featuring a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, double binders from Mexico and Nicaragua, and all-Nicaraguan fillers.
