Matilde ELA

Matilde ELA stands for Edición Limitada America, signifying the cigar's limited status and distribution exclusively to America and the Dominican Republic. The project reportedly began in 2021 on a trip to Hostos Fernandez's Tabacalera la iSLA factory in the DR, where Enrique Seijas (Matilde), Alexander Berezowksi (My Cigar Pack), and Hostos Fernandez came up with the collaborative concept for the cigar. Matilde ELA is rolled in a singular 6" x 50 toro format, being wrapped in a Mexican leaf and including a Dominican binder and fillers of Dominican HVA, Criollo '98, and Piloto.
