The Ixtelli cigar debuted in 2025, marking the first all-Nicaraguan blend from Karen Berger Cigars. The cigars take their name from the original term for the region now known as Estelí, where Karen Berger's factory is located. In terms of blend, the cigars feature a Habano Criollo wrapper, a Habano binder from Jalapa, and filler tobaccos grown on the company’s farm in Estelí.
