The Don Toirac PCC cigar is a collaboration between Privada Cigar Club and Don Toirac Cigars. The cigar is made in the Dominican Republic using primarily Dominican tobaccos; this includes leaves from Leo Reyes and the Kelner family. The blend begins with a Dominican Corojo wrapper and includes a Mexican San Andrés binder and all-Dominican fillers.
