Blood Medicine B-Positive

The Blood Medicine B-Positive from Crowned Heads is a limited-edition toro that builds on the original Blood Medicine blend introduced in 2015. Produced at the D’Hatuey factory in Nicaragua, the cigar maintains its Ecuador Connecticut binder and Nicaraguan fillers but departs from the earlier Ecuador Habano wrapper in favor of a Nicaraguan Corojo, creating a darker and bolder profile. Conceived by Crowned Heads co-founder Jon Huber as a “meatier expression” of the line, B-Positive showcases an intensified flavor experience while preserving the brand’s Nashville-inspired roots and limited-production ethos.
