After sister brands Eiroa and Asylum received luxury-class limited-edition PCA exclusives for 2021 and 2022, CLE joined the fold for 2023. The cigar is not the norm for CLE and Christian Eiroa, making use of tobaccos from the Eiroas' new South American farm throughout the binder and filler. These new tobaccos are wrapped in an Ecuadorian Connecticut leaf, being noted for "an extremely smooth smoking experience that features a hint of spice."
