The Cabal Initiative cigar is rolled out of the boutique-style Tabacalera la iSLA factory, which is run by Hostos Fernández Quesada, formerly of the Quesada Cigars factory. The blend features a Corojo wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, first being released in a single 4½" x 50 petit robusto size.
