The Black Market Filthy Ghooligan debuted in 2024 as a play on Alec Bradley's Filthy Hooligan cigar, which is a subset of the company's Black Market line. Where the Filthy Hooligan has long been an annual release that ties into St. Paddy's Day, the Filthy Ghooligan sets its sights on Halloween. The cigar continues the tradition of using barber pole wrappers, with the Ghooligan taking on a darker tone, featuring Ecuadorian Habano and US Broadleaf tobaccos atop an Indonesian Besuki binder and fillers from Nicaragua (Jalapa, Estelí, and Condega) and the Dominican Republic (Piloto Cubano).
