Searched high and low for this cigar and never was lucky enough to find one well when i stopped looking walked into a shop last night and bam there it is lol ..now if that could happen for the opus x 25 lol . anyone who knows know i am a opus x hound and will definitely go thru the fire to smoke them all ..have been pretty lucky to smoke all amd the rarest but this one and tbe 25 have been super illusive…ine more to go lol ..cheah

Very nice…you are like me lol …no such thing is a yard gar to me lol ..I’m smoking good all the time and even if it’s in a budget category it’s the top of the budget sticks. .never got this whole yardgar business…I’ve been on the mower smoking 100 dollar opus x..davidoff etc.. hell about 2 weeks ago I was out there mowing smoking on the 200 dollar opus legends lol ..I’m like man it’s no better time to smoke a good cigar then riding on the mower got me a cold cantine of sweet tea or lemonade a big straw hat on puffn good and cruising telling you nutn better …then get off weed eat grab a shower and another great stick put my feet up in the recliner on my sunroom deck pour me a nice whiskey and keep it going lol…no yardgaring over here lol…

Well that sobremesa solita red was excellent I gotta hand it to Steve with it being a tweaked blend of the exact same of the original…it was a helluva tweak cuz that was a whole new cigar for real. Tasted nutn like the original not even close…and it was so damn good definitely my favorite one of all ..box order is otw for sure… anyway this is a long drive i have way longer than need be because traffic was terrible getting out of DC so i said wth lets try another new release so bootlegger it is…and i like the other 3 and smoked quite a few of each but the Detroit River hands down is the best IMO…i love spicy cigars and that one does the thing so lets see how the bootlegger stacks up out of the 4… Cheah

Well in tend to stay away these name brand so to speak cigars but every now and then i like to light one up and see how it does ..when i was young in my cigar journey 20 years ago you couldn’t tell me nutn having a monte or a cohiba made me a top dog lol .but oh how i know now these type of cigars to me are like the bottom of the barrel and damn sure not worth the price they slap on them because of the name but every once in a while i am pleasantly surprised lets see if this one does it for me this time..and a plus os i actually got this one surprisingly cheap usually store want to charge 15 to 20 bucks for montes i believe i got this one for msrp it was only 13 bucks ..but they usually mark these things up worse than opus x…

Absolutely loved this freestyle release i ended up buying 4 of them so now i have all of these traveldors lol. They are definitely cool but who needs 4 of the same thing not unless its cigars ..but hey i had to have as many of these cigars as i could lol…well now we have the official release and my b&m only has the gordo and the picano and the lil one was my favorite one of the freestyle pack anyway so soon as i seen them a box was bought lol…never been a fan of the flavored or infused cigars or sweet tips …i will smoke a fat bottom every now and then and the infamous sobermesa brulee that everyone believed had a sweet tip is what i am reminded of when smoking these amd definitely the brulees that had sweet ik the stfu pack definitely reminded of ….thing with these and the fat bottoms are they definitely come on strong with the infusion but as you smoke it it goes away and you are just left with good tobacco and Drew did Dominican tobacco justice which is my second favorite region behind Honduras while i smoke more Dominican puros because honduran puros are scarce in the industry which really sucks cuz i swear its the best tobacco even over cubans which i smoke a lot of too just cant beat Honduras too me…but heres Drew knocking it out the park with this one… Cheah

Headed to the chateau this morning. . having a lil coffee with Carlito on the patio over looking the Field of Opus X wrapper tobacco…lol ..cheah….on a side note I swear the Fuentes procure the most prettiest flawless Connecticut shade wrappers.. while there are some other beautiful connys out there none comes even remotely close too the Fuentes connys. This may be attributed to the fact they are one of the last of companies to use true usa conny shade.. when everyone buys the ecuadorian conny which has its on thing and is good but to me nothing like true usa conny. Its sad to see how few grow the shade in the CT river valley i remember when i use yo drive thru there and just see miles of shade but since the Ecuador rush the farms just don’t make the money no more and better off growing broad leaf.. but yeah i swear Fuentes get first pic of all conny shade with their buying power… wouldn’t be surprised as its well known they have the monopoly on the authentic cameroon wrappers actually grown in the region and most other companies are getting cameroon seed tobacco grown outside of the true region…but yeah man no other connys look as close to perfect aa the Fuentes especially when it comes to the color and hue..

Ran across these up while up in PA for my bday. This by far has been my favorite liga released and when i couldn’t get my hands on any more I was blown…well low and behold they drop a new release 2024 so im stoked …bought 2 smoked one my bday weekend ( almost 3 weeks ago) brought this one home and let it rest in my humi so i could get it down to where i like to smoke which is 60 to 65 with 62 being the sweet spot ( yeah i know im weird lol) but they say smoke what you like and how you like …so im a 62 percent rh with a ice cold Pepsi kinda guy lol…now ive smoked a great bit of these a minimum of 3 boxes and i can say when i smoked the new release it definitely smoked different…was still good but didn’t hit like the old ones …if im being honest all the ligas seem to lost sumn when swisher bought them…its definitely way more apparent as far as accessibility. Before the swisher buy out it was damn near impossible to get any liga let alone the unico series and with me traveling to so many states my chances have always been higher than the average joe but even then it was like hitting the jackpot when you found any liga…now its like damn near any shop i go into you will find a liga 9 or t-52. The unicos still a bit more scarce but found in 1 out of every 5 shops in my travels especially the ferral…but overall still a good cigar…so here goes…cheers..

Second one of these and not sure how its got 85 rating on here but if i could give a 200 i would… don’t know what the blend is and hell if im being honest i never even heard of Cavalier Geneve until this past weekend when i was in the high roller room a cigar international i said wth let me try it and i was so blown away with the cigar that before i left town i swung back passed the shop and grabbed one more. When i grabbed it on Thursday there were 3 left out of the box of 10 and i got lucky and there was one more left when i went back Saturday. Since i had bought a ton of cigars that everything i wanted and then some that Thursday i didn’t really want to get any other cigars that day which is odd cuz im always in the mood to spend thousands on cigars lol on a normal day i would have just bought everything i got on Thursday all over again or got other stuff i like and just ran the tab up but for some reason o wasnt in my kid in a candy store mood that day just on a mission to hopefully get this cigar again however i did grab one of the other sticks by cavalier the inner circle Domaine Rouge(also excellent especially with it being a Honduran Puro my fav). At any rate i was able to snag the last one of these so bout to give it another go hoping its going to be just as good as the first time which i truly believe it will be considering the inner circle was phenomenal as well. The other thing i like about this cigar is it is truly a limited edition cigar..only 19,480 of them made and when they are gone they are gone… unlike these others they say are limited edition but have hundreds if thousands of them and you can get one damn near every year for the next 10 years after they are released lol. And thats buying them 20 or more a year lol…this however os truly a limited edition and next year itll be something completely different and i love that. Downside i really want to snag a box of these and may not get lucky and get one but upside is i found a new brand that is making a great case for being one of my favorite brands and there is always the inner circle i smoked which a box order is in works as well and should be able to grab no issues…so heres to finding new gens in the cigar game that renews my loves of cigars after 20 years strong of smoking them. CHEERS….

Lancero kinda day…my first time smoking one of these not a fan of flavored or infused cigars but i do give them a shot and if they are the type for the flavor to go away after the first inch or so in which i can enjoy the cigar tobacco then im game. Definitely not a fan of the acid cigar line however the acid 20 and kuba arte were really good cuz that flavor wears off fairly quickly and exposes some really good tobacco…so we shall see what asylum has to offer which i am a huge fan of pretty much all asylum cigars due to them being heavy Honduran tobacco focused which is my favorite cigar tobacco country even over the cuban tobacco so we shall see…cheers…

Second round with this baby cant seem to find them at a lot of places first one found in South Carolina..this one was snagged at cigar international took a trip up this past weekend for my birthday again. So enjoyable as always. Definitely nice to be within a 2 hour drive of such a huge cigar outlet as well as my boys over at famous smoke…gotta love it..

Been a while since I posted ..but thought I would since I’ve seen several folks have smoked this cigar here on the dojo. My first go at it so lets see how the budget world has been doing haven’t stepped into this world in a good while but i do know Blanco is the king of the excellent budget cigars. Still dont know how he does it but haven’t had not one terrible cigar from him and quite a many excellent ones …so lets see if Pages can keep up ..seems like everyone on here loved this one with a 100 percent rating so lets see…
