Los Statos Deluxe

Los Statos Deluxe, originally established as Los Statos de Luxe in Cuba around 1940, began as a niche local brand producing both handmade and machine-made cigars until its discontinuation by Habanos S.A. in 2005. Revived in the United States in 2012 by General Cigar Co., it gained significant momentum in 2022 when parent company Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) and creative director Matt Booth reimagined it with a suite of modern blends and packaging/branding. Produced primarily at STG’s HATSA factory in Honduras, the brand has since expanded with offerings like LSD Maduro, Connecticut, and limited editions, blending its Cuban heritage with contemporary innovation to appeal to today’s cigar enthusiast.
