First introduced in 1995, the Gold Star line made its comeback with United Cigars in 2024, with the company showcasing the United Gold Star Limited Edition. One year later, the line expanded as a regular release, featuring a wider range of sizes and a tweaked tobacco recipe. The United Gold Star begins with an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper and an Indonesian Sumatra-seed binder, being secured over fillers of Dominican ligero, Criollo ’98, Corojo ’98, and Connecticut Broadleaf.
