The Espinosa Knuckle Sandwich 57 cigar was released in 2025 as the third release in Guy Fieri's annual birthday series. The 2025 edition featured the same overall recipe, including a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper and all-Nicaraguan binder/filler, though the cigars were offered in a new 5¾" x 55 oval-pressed robusto gordo format. The project was limited to 1,700 boxes of 10 cigars for the release.
