Following on the heels of JR's Pure Origin Gran Vulcano cigar, the company introduced the second release in the line in 2023: JR Pure Origin Terra de Andes. Where the original focused on the origins of premium tobaccos from around the world, the Terra de Andes highlights the Andes Mountains growing region of South America. This is evidenced by the cigar's Peruvian filler, which is joined by aged Nicaraguan leaves. This core is bound in an Ecuadorian Sumatra leaf and finalized with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
