The Pelican is a limited project from Fratello Cigars, being limited to Louisiana and, more specifically, distributor PF Importers (co-owned by NBA Hall of Famer Karl Malone). The cigars were rolled in a single 5½" x 54 format and limited to 5,000 total cigars. The blend used an Ecuadorian HVA wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and fillers of the DR, Pennsylvania, and andullo tobacco.
