Eastern Standard Golden Egg

After briefly departing the premium cigar industry and returning roughly three months later in 2017, Matt Booth began partnering heavily with Robert Caldwell, using the same Dominican factory for many of his releases and collaborating on multiple limited releases. Caldwell then played on the unique relationship by swapping out Hans Nielsen Lahkso's profile (the fictitious Finnish fisherman on the Eastern Standard cigar's band) for a similar depiction of Matt Booth, randomly placing the cigars in boxes of Eastern Standard cigars like golden tickets à la Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Later known as Eastern Standard Golden Egg, the cigars eventually opened up for a wider sale, being made available in bundle packaging at select retailers while supplies lasted.
