Araposa Negra

Araposa Negra is a collaboration between Black Label Trading Co. and Fox Cigar, showcasing a barber pole wrapper. This includes intertwined Mexican San Andrés and Ecuadorian Corojo leaves, an Ecuadorian Habano binder, and all-Nicaraguan fillers. James Brown, owner of BLTC, describes the cigar as, “Araposa is dark, rich and extremely well balanced. This cigar has bold flavors and just the right amount of spice on the retro hale. The flavors of black cherry, anise and bitter cocoa let you know this is a Black Label cigar.” This cigar has since been followed up by the lighter-wrapped Araposa Blanca cigar.
