Wise Blood is the fifth core line from the Atlanta-based ATL Cigar Co., being named after a novel of the same name, written by Flannery O’Connor (a Georgia-based author). The cigar marks the third release from the company to be blended by Luciano Meirelles (of Luciano Cigars), succeeding the ATL Magic and ATL Black lines. The cigar uses an Ecuadorian Habano rosado HVA wrapper, Ecuadorian Connecticut binder, and fillers from three Nicaraguan regions, being billed as a mellow Habano experience with nuanced flavor.
