Aganorsa Leaf Aniversario Maduro first debuted in 2020 as a limited edition, offering a new take on the long-running Aniversario series out of Aganorsa's boutique-style factory in Miami. In the years following, the cigar was re-branded, moved to Aganorsa's Nicaraguan factory, and made regularly available. The Aniversario Maduro uses Aganorsa's proprietary shade-grown Corojo maduro wrapper, being joined by an all-Nicaraguan binder/filler.
