Yasuke

Yasuke marked the first collaboration between Cigar Dojo and Black Star Line, named after the first black samurai and blending Cigar Dojo's Japanese-inspired ethos with Black Star Line's heritage. The cigars were crafted using top-grade Aganorsa Leaf tobaccos, including Nicaraguan Corojo 2012 for both the wrapper and binder. Uniquely, the blend also incorporated Mexican San Andrés tobacco in the filler, alongside Nicaraguan leaves from Jalapa and Estelí. The cigars were rolled in a 6" x 52 toro format with a pigtail cap, symbolizing the samurai topknot. Yasuke debuted in October 2024, being limited to 300 bundles of 10 cigars. This means that there are a maximum of 1,000 badges that may be awarded.
