The Marun cigar from Black Star Line marks the company's fifth-anniversary release for 2024, partnering with Espinosa's La Zona factory in Nicaragua for the first time. The name translates to five in Yorùbá, which is the language spoken by the indigenous tribe of the same name, who reside in Nigeria. Working with the Espinosa team for the first time, Black Star Line selected an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper and all-Nicaraguan binder fillers, rolling the cigars in a limited toro format, as well as an exclusive 6½" × 48 box-pressed size for Oak Glen Tobacconist in California.
