Ohana Nui Cigars is a restructured entity that combines former boutique companies 262 Cigars and Ohana Cigars. Under this structure, each brand owns 10 percent of the other's stake; the two now use the same factory for production; and there are planned crossovers that will fall under the Ohana Nui name.
