The La Aurora factory was famously established in the Dominican Republic in 1903, being the oldest manufacturer in the country. The company celebrated the 120th anniversary of the factory with the launch of the La Aurora 120 Anniversary cigar in 2023. Honoring their Dominican roots, La Aurora crafted the cigar from entirely Dominican tobaccos, including a Habano '92 wrapper, a Dominican binder, and Dominican fillers from the Cibao Valley.
