Diesel Grind traces its origins to a time when the brand was offered exclusively by Cigars International. Diesel was later adopted by Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) and their Forged Cigar Co. distribution arm, where Diesel Grind was revived for a larger audience. The cigar is still rolled by A.J. Fernández at his factory in Nicaragua, making use of an Ecuadorian Habano maduro wrapper and all-Nicaraguan binder/filler.
